MaintVision SAS is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

When using our platform, we collect the following data:

— Professional data: company, job title, industry.

Your data is retained for the duration of your contractual relationship with MaintVision, plus applicable legal retention periods.

Inactive account data is deleted after 3 years of inactivity, unless otherwise required by law.

Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

— Our technical subcontractors (hosting, support, analytics), under GDPR-compliant contracts.

— Other members of your organisation to whom you have granted access.
